15-day Premium adventure through Morocco. This tour will take you in a Cooking workshop if you are interested, and take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn delicious and balanced recipes from our chefs. During your classes, you’ll be introduced to an incredible wealth of culinary knowledge keeping pleasure at its heart, from traditional Moroccan recipes and practical tips to exploring alternative diets. Explore the blue-washed streets of Chefchaouen, Meknes’s lively medina, the historical Old Town of Fes, and the lively Djemaa el-Fna square in Marrakech. Sip tea with an Amazigh family in the Valley of roses. Visit Dades valley and gorges, a short hike at Todra Gorges (Canyons)… Camel Ride to see Sunset at the top of the highest ERG CHEBBI DUNES with an overnight experiencing in the peaceful Sahara desert in a Berber luxury camping, watching stars and listening to drums music. Also, you will have time to have some fun doing some sportive adventures and activities on the dunes with experience in sand-boarding, ATV Quads, Buggies, Horse Riding, and Ballon Ride experience in Marrakech.

Day 1 – Arrive in Casablanca
We will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to your authentic Moroccan riad, including Bed and breakfast.
Day 2 – Casablanca – Rabat – Chefchaouen
After breakfast, we will start our journey with a short visit to the largest city in Morocco, the heart of commerce and industry with the famously romantic name. We will visit the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest and most beautiful mosques in the world. Jutting out into the cool sea breezes of the Atlantic, the building blends Islamic architecture with Moroccan elements, including ornately carved wood, elaborate mosaic tiling and enormous marble pillars. Next we will drive on to Rabat, where you will visit the Royal Palace, The Mausoleum of Mohamed V and the incomplete minaret of the Hassan Tower. After lunch in Rabat, we will drive to the beautiful city of Chefchaouen, situated in the Rif Mountains. The views of the valley and villages are panoramic and breathtaking. Chefchaouen is famous for its bright blue-washed buildings – it is spectacularly photogenic! You will stay overnight in an authentic Moroccan riad, including bed and breakfast.
Day 3 – Exploring Chefchaouen
After breakfast in your riad, you will start exploring Chefchaouen, the famous Blue City of Morocco. With its blue-washed houses, narrow cobbled streets, and mountainous backdrop, Chefchaouen begs to be photographed! Unlike many parts of Morocco, Chefchaouen was occupied by Spain, and its architecture shows a heavy Spanish and Moorish influence. As you stroll through the winding streets and azure walls of the medina, be sure to take note of the many men wearing woolen Djellabas and the women in colorful straw hats. You will have lunch in a local restaurant with time to shop for local handicrafts, such as wool garments and woven blankets, in the main square of the medina. Overnight in your riad include Bed and Breakfast.
Day 4 – Chefchaouan – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes
This morning after breakfast, we will explore the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, a fascinating UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city dates from the third century BC and is amazingly well preserved, including several stunning mosaics. After, we will head to the village of Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, a place of pilgrimage for Moroccans, where we will stop for lunch. Our next stop is the nearby city Meknes, the third Imperial city of Morocco. Meknes is known as “The Versailles of Morocco,” for its elaborately decorated gateways. We will visit the Bab El Khamis and Bab El Mansour, two of the most beautiful gateways, The Granary, and the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. You will have the opportunity to explore the souks and relax in one of the Square cafés. After this visit, we will continue our drive toward Fes where you will stay overnight in an authentic Moroccan riad, including bed and breakfast.
Day 5 – Fes – Tour of the City with a Local Guide
After breakfast you will start your journey to the most amazing places in Fes. We will visit the medina, the old city with its ramparts and alleys, and the famous medieval tanneries. We will also explore the Karaouine Mosque, founded in 859 by Fatima Al-Fihri and considered the most magnificent and historic religious attraction in the city. After a break for lunch, we will explore the superb architecture of the Merenid Tomb, the Madrasa Bou Inania, the Al-Attarin Madrasa, and the Neijarin Fountain. We will also visit a donkey fondouk and a souk known for handcrafts, edible goods, copperware, and pottery. You will stay overnight in an authentic Moroccan riad, including bed and breakfast.
Day 6 – Fes – Ifran – Azrou – Midelt –Errachidia – Ziz Valley – Erfoud – Merzouga
After breakfast we will leave Fes toward Merzouga passing through Ifran, known as the Switzerland of Morocco for its architecture and climate. You will be enchanted by the cedar forests of Azrou and its friendly monkeys. We will stop for lunch at Midelt and afterwards continue through the Middle Atlas Mountains and past the nomads that live there. The views are both spectacular and varied; high cliffs and deep valleys, thick forests, volcanic rock, soaring cliffs and valleys of palm trees. In the town of Erfoud, we will visit an amazing fossil factory and learn how they excavate, polish, and shape trilobites, orthoceras, ammonites, and other fossils into beautiful objects. We will continue on to Merzouga .Overnight includes bed ,breakfast and dinner in your Riad .
Day 7 – Merzouga – Erg Chebbi Dunes – Tamrdanite – Khamlia Hassi El-Bied
In the morning after breakfast, your excursion will start from your riad taking you through the sand-sea dunes near the Algerian border where you will have a chance to take photos and see the black volcanic rocks. We will also have the opportunity to meet a nomad family and learn about their nomadic lifestyle. We will pass close to tiny Berber villages, like Tamrdanite, before we reach Khamlia. In the tiny desert village of Khamlia, we will be treated to a performance of Gnawa music, a spiritual and hypnotic form of music that has been played for centuries by the black people who live here. Gnawa music is internationally recognized and is said to have healing properties.Along our short drive today, you will be enchanted with the view of the lake at Ait Sareji, especially In springtime, when it attracts pink flamingos and many other birds. You will arrive to Merzouga desert by 4 pm. Your camel guide will have your camels ready to take you on an adventure into the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi; the highest dunes in Morocco (2400 ft). You will enjoy beautiful scenery, an amazing sunset and the quietness of the Sahara desert before you reach your Sahara desert camp. Overnight includes dinner, bed and breakfast.
Day 8 – Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Tinjdad – Tinghir – Todgha Gorge – Boumalne Dades
Today the camel man (trekker) will wake you up before dawn to see a spectacular sunrise in the desert by camel. After, you will return to the camp to have your breakfast, shower and pack up before we continue our adventure by car to the city of Rissani, the former capital of the Alawite Sultans. Rissani was once an important market for caravans traveling the sub-Saharan region, and it is still an impressive market to visit today. We will take a walk through the local market and traditional souk. We will also see the ruins of Sijilmassa, the Moulay Ali Cherif Gate, and visit the mausoleum of Moulay Ali Cherif, where the father of the founder of the Alawite Dynasty is buried. This is a wonderful destination for those who wish to learn some of the history of the country, as well as visiting the Gate itself. We will stop in Tinjdad, where we will have lunch. We will continue on the road along the river until we reach the Gorges, where we will stop and walk through this magnificent natural structure with incredibly high rock walls (up to 300 meters). This stunning place has been featured in many films. Later, we will pass through the Boumalne Du Dades, and there will be time to explore its rock formations often compared to human figures and monkey’s fingers. You will stay overnight in an authentic Moroccan riad, including dinner and breakfast.
Day 9 – Dades valley –Boutghrar – El Kelaa M’gouna – Skoura – Ourzazate
After breakfast, we will begin our journey exploring the marvelous sights of the Dades Valley. Next, we will take you for a drive over the wonderful Pist Mil Kasbah, accessible only by 4×4, passing by amazing Berber villages, such as Boutghrar. You will have the opportunity to meet some Berber nomads who live in the caves there. We then continue to El Kelaa M’gouna (the Valley of Roses), where roses are grown and processed into perfumes, oils, and lotions, and where you will have a break for lunch. We will head to Ourzazate by crossing the beautiful palm grove oasis in Skoura, where you will see many exotic Kasbahs, such as the Amerhidil Kasbah. When we reach Ourzazate, you will stay overnight in an authentic Moroccan riad, including dinner and breakfast.
Day 10 – Ourzazate – Ait Benhaddo – Tizi-n-Tichka Pass – Essaouira
After your breakfast, we will depart for Essaouira. First we will visit Atlas Studios, the largest movie studio in the world and host to such famous films and television shows as Lawrence of Arabia, The Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, Gladiator, The Man Who Would Be King, Vikings, Game of Thrones, and Aladdin, as well as several James Bond and Jason Bourne movies. Next we will stop at the exotic Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou, an amazing UNESCO World Heritage Site. After driving through the Tizi N’Tichka Pass, which offers superb views of the High Atlas Mountains and small Berber villages, we will stop in one of these villages, Teddart, for lunch. You will spend the night at an authentic Moroccan riad, with dinner and breakfast included.
Day 11 – Exploring Essaouira
This morning after breakfast, you will begin to explore the exciting coastal city of Essaouira, famous for its beautiful Skala Fortress, the Gnaoua Music Festival and international windsurfing competitions. Essaouira is renowned for its kitesurfing and windsurfing, since the powerful trade winds blow almost constantly onto the protected, waveless bay. Essaouira has experienced the influence of many civilizations, including a Portuguese occupation which shaped much of its architecture. It remains, however, a small village with a great history. Morocco’s “Jewel of the Atlantic” is also a center of argan oil production. It has become a tourist attraction due to the tree-climbing goats who are unique to the region, as argan trees are the only type the goats climb. With its animated port, colorful marketplace and history of artists seeking inspiration, Essaouira is full of life, light, and magic! After visiting the Fortress, you will have a chance to wander the alleys and view the hundreds of handicrafts. You will spend the night at an authentic Moroccan riad, with Bed and breakfast included.
Day 12 – Essaouira – Chichaoua – Marrakech
After breakfast we will drive you out of Essaouira about 20 Km to one of the most beautiful and pristine beaches in Morocco called “Sidi Kaouki” to enjoy a half day of swimming and relaxing. We will have a delicious seaside lunch there and later on we will drive back to Marrakech. Overnight with Bed and breakfast in your Riad.
Day 13 – Marrakech, Tour of the City with a Local Guide
Today, after breakfast you will have a full day to tour and discover Marrakech, the famous Red City. Your guide will take you to the most beautiful palaces and monuments of Marrakech, including the 19th century Bahia Palace, the 16th century Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia Mosque, and the Majorelle Gardens. You will have lunch in the Medina and also have an opportunity to visit the famous Souks, where the merchants sell everything from leather and carpets to spices and jewelry. Jemaa el-Fnaa is perhaps the most famous town square on earth. From ancient times until today, tradesmen, snake charmers, acrobats, magicians, mystics, musicians, and monkey trainers have populated this UNESCO World Heritage site. You will spend the night at an authentic Moroccan riad, with Bed and breakfast included.
Day 14 – Marrakech

After breakfast today, at around 10:00 in the morning, your cooking class will start! Today you will discover the secrets of Moroccan cuisine and learn all about the spices and techniques that make it so delicious. You will have several menu options to choose from as you learn how to create Moroccan salads, Couscous, or Tagines in your riad.

Experience amazing views of Marrakesh suburbs and High Atlas Mountains. We’ll pick you up from your Riad in Marrakech early in the morning and take you to the launch point. You will enjoy the amazing views of Berber villages, High Atlas Mountains, oasis and valleys. Then land safely then we come back to your Riad and have some free time in Marrakesh or have hammam or whatever you want later on we transfer you to Atlas sky Hotele nearby the airport to couch your flight back home .

Hammams are traditional bath houses and steam rooms, and they form a regular part of everyday life for many locals.
The Moroccan hammam traditions stretch back hundreds of years, with people visiting a hammam for a deep cleanse and a social encounter. A traditional experience involves scrubbing yourself from head to toe whilst in a steam room, with black soap and an exfoliating glove used to remove all dirt and grime and leave your skin feeling soft and smooth .Some hammams include a massage and / or treatments with the locally produced argan oil…..
Day 15 – Marrakech – Casablanca
After breakfast, we will transfer you to the airport at your flight time.
